Orkla Eesti AS products can be purchased by visiting shop.orkla.ee.
Products can be added to the shopping cart in both the list and product detail view.
The shopping cart is located on the menu bar and also displays the total cost of the order (including shipping and VAT).
After selecting the products, you need to go to the shopping cart view by clicking on the shopping cart link.
Shopping cart
A weight limit of 30 kg per order has been added to the shopping cart. If the weight exceeds 30 kg, you can pick it up yourself at the Kalev chocolate shop of your choice – the delivery options in the shopping cart will change according to the weight limit and the option to select a parcel terminal or courier will disappear when 30 kg is exceeded. It is still possible to specify the order in the shopping cart view by changing quantities or removing products.
A shipping fee of EUR 3.49 is added to the price of the shopping basket if you order the products to an Itella parcel terminal and the shipping fee is EUR 5.49 if you order the products by Itella smart courier.
€1 is added to the shopping cart price as a subject to an assembly fee when the selected method of product delivery is “I will pick up the order at the selected chocolate shop” as the delivery method.
Free delivery to parcel lockers for orders at least €40.
VAT is included in the price when Bank Link is used as the payment method.
Registration as a regular customer
You can register as a regular customer using Smart-ID, Mobile-Id or ID card.
Logged-in customers receive a loyalty discount of -5% of the product price on each full-price product.
In addition, there are monthly loyalty offers for logged-in customers.
If you wish to cancel being a regular customer, please contact customer support.
Deleting a loyalty account and unsubscribing from e-newsletters
Customers can delete their loyalty accounts. To do so, you must sign in to your account, click on ‘My data’ on the left-hand menu and select ‘Delete account’ from the options that appear.
There are a number of ways to delete accounts and unsubscribe from e-newsletters:
Close your online store account (bearing in mind that you will lose both the account and the discounts that come with it)
Close your loyalty card in Kalev stores or the Felix factory store or online store (bearing in mind that you will lose the discount that comes with it)
Unsubscribe from newsletters and notifications about special offers
By clicking on ‘Close’
Closing any account sees the account holder lose the discounts that come with it:

By unsubscribing from e-newsletters, news and offers are no longer e-mailed to the customer.
Personal data tied to the account, saved shopping carts, delivery addresses, company information and links to orders are deleted from the systems, enquiries about them cannot be made in the databases and they cannot be restored.
Re-registering as a loyal customer is possible, and you can always make purchases as a guest.
Placing an order as a guest
The data of the person must be entered in the form to place an order.
A private individual must enter: the first name, surname, e-mail, telephone number and delivery address.
When ordering as a company, you must also enter the registration number, an additional telephone number and, if necessary, the legal address if different from the delivery address.
Delivery of products and conditions within Estonia
In order to receive the order, the Buyer selects the suitable delivery method in the shopping cart. Orders are delivered within the Republic of Estonia.
The Buyer pays the costs of delivery. The delivery cost depends on the Buyer’s location and the delivery method and is calculated in the shopping cart.
If the goods can be collected from a shop and the Buyer chooses this method, no delivery fee will be added to the price of the goods.
The order preparation time when delivery to a parcel machine or by courier is selected is up to seven (7) working days, after which the order is handed over to the carrier.
The order preparation time when collection from a chocolate shop is selected is up to five (5) working days. A notification is sent to the customer when the parcel is ready.
Please note: The order preparation time may be longer if the order preparation time falls on a public holiday. If a public holiday falls on a working day, the maximum preparation time is postponed by the number of days falling on the public holiday.
Discounts may be partly related to a shorter than usual ‘best before’ date!
Delivery of products abroad
A weight limit of 30 kg per order has been added to the shopping cart. It is still possible to specify the order in the shopping cart view by changing quantities or removing products.
Deliveries abroad are made worldwide.
Goods cannot be delivered to the Canary Islands and Åland.
The order preparation time from the Orkla Eesti AS warehouse is up to seven (7) working days, plus two to five (2-5) working days for delivery by the carrier.
The Buyer pays the costs of delivery.
The delivery cost depends on the weight of the goods, the Buyer’s location and the delivery method, and the cost of shipping is calculated in the shopping cart – the cost of delivery can be seen after the products, country and postcode have been selected in the shopping card.
The free shipping limit does not apply when the goods are ordered to a country other than Estonia.
When the parcel has been handed over to the carrier and is ready to leave the warehouse of Orkla Eesti AS, a link for tracking the parcel will be sent to the e-mail address you entered with your order with which you can check the status of your parcel at any time.
Shipments to the UK, Norway and Switzerland are subject to customs duties, which are not included in the order value.
You will be notified when the goods have reached the customs office so you can pay the customs duties. Find out more here!

Payment for order
Private individuals and legal entities can pay by Bank Link (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay, Revolut, Mastercard/ Visa).
You can only pay for your order in euros.
The order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you entered.
Orkla Eesti AS is the controller of personal data. Orkla Eesti AS forwards the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Maksekeskus AS.
Withdrawal of order and return of goods
You can withdraw an order and return the products within 14 calendar days of receiving the products on the basis of the respective application.
Goods can be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods via the parcel terminal through which the goods were delivered to the Buyer, and the Buyer will use the same parcel terminal door code used to receive the parcel or the return code sent by text message.
When goods are returned as described in point 2, the cost of returning the goods is equal to the cost of delivery of the goods and the cost of returning the goods will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the Buyer, i.e. only the sales price paid for the goods will be returned to the Buyer.
The application to withdraw an order and return the products must be e-mailed to kalevipood@orkla.ee.
You have the right to withdraw from the order and return the products if the products are unused and undamaged, including in the original packaging, and stored and transported in the conditions indicated on the invoice/waybill.
The refunds that the seller makes in accordance with these terms and conditions are made within seven (7) working days of the date of delivery specified in the order. Refunds are made to the same bank account from which the payment for the order was made.
If the buyer has withdrawn the order and the returned products comply with requirements, the seller will refund the cost of the order to the buyer, excluding delivery fee, within seven (7) calendar days of taking back the products.
The online shop confirms the receipt of the withdrawal application to the Buyer by e-mail.
The Buyer must return the goods within fourteen (14) days of submitting the withdrawal application or submit proof within the same time frame that the goods have been handed to the logistics company during the aforementioned period.
The Seller has the right to withdraw from the sale of the goods in a situation where, due to a technical error, the price of the product offered in the Online Shop has changed/has been changed to an unreasonably low price compared to the normal market price of the product (price error), the goods do not have an explicit information that this is a special price established for the goods and the goods have not been delivered to the Buyer. The Seller has the right to withdraw from such a transaction within three (3) working days of becoming aware of the transaction concluded with a price error by submitting a statement to this effect to the Buyer in a format that can be reproduced in writing. In the event of a withdrawal on this basis, the Online Shop will immediately, but no later than within 14 days, refund to the Buyer all fees received from the Buyer under the contract, including the delivery fee. All payments will be made to the Buyer’s bank account from which the payment for the goods was made.
